1983 - Washington State University, Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
1994 - Portland State University- Master’s in mechanical engineering
2000 – Portland State University – Master’s in Public Administration

EXPERIENCE

Eight years – Multnomah County, project manager in facilities management
Ten years - Multnomah County, roadway project engineer
Three years - Mt. Hood Community College, part-time instructor
Currently - City of Gresham, roadway project engineer

Since January 2002, Randy has served on numerous groups and committees to pursue incorporation of Damascus:

• Committee to Incorporate Damascus
• City Councilor of Damascus, Oregon

PERSONAL

He is married and has two children.

VISION

I want Damascus to be a good place to live, work, and play. It will need a balance of jobs and housing. The decisions we make as a community in the next two years will determine what Damascus will be in 20 years.
