On December 20, 2010, City Council adopted Ordinance 2010-44, the Urban Forestry Ordinance to regulate the cutting of trees in the city limits of Damascus within the Urban Growth Boundary. The ordinance went into effect on January 19, 2011. Please consult the ordinance for more details related to cutting trees in the City.
