Do I need to keep my dog on a leash?
It is safer for your dog, but the City Code does not require it except in City parks. Aggressive dogs are required to be on a leash under the Dangerous Animal Ordinance.

No. The City Code states that fowl and livestock are not allowed to run at large within the city limits.

If I see a cougar or dangerous wildlife, who can I call?
If the animal is present, call Clackamas County Sheriff Dispatch at 503-655-8211. If the animal is not present, call the Oregon Fish & Wildlife Dept. at 503-621-3488.
