The City's Comprehensive Plan designations and zoning will be in effect once the City's Comprehensive Plan is adopted by Damascus City Council. Public hearings will take place during the Comprehensive Plan adoption process and property owners will be notified.

The Clackamas County Development Ordinance can be found online. The Development Ordinance can be used to determine the allowed uses in a particular zoning district. Please note that the Clackamas County Development Ordinance in place when the City of Damascus contracted with Clackamas County to process land use regulations remains in place, and any changes made to the Clackamas County Zoning Ordinance since then does not apply to properties in Damascus.
